How to buy:

Register or if you already have an account (or one with Blackpool Grand) simply log on. Once logged in you will be able to purchase a digital pass for the show.

My log in will not work:

A user must be logged in and have purchased the video first. If you have an account and cannot log in please request to reset your password click the ‘reset here’ link under the login button. This will then send an email and gives you a link valid for 60mins so you can create a new password, for accuracy copy and paste (CTRL+C to copy, CTRL+V to paste) the password leaving no extra spaces before or after (a common mistake). Do not forget to check that pesky spam folder if you cannot find your email.

How to watch:

You can watch the show on any device with an internet connection and browser. The streaming server will auto adject the best quality for the users’ bandwidth; users can alter this via the ‘cog’ icon bottom right of your video screen, this will work best on Edge, Firefox or Chrome.

To do this please enter the /address (BRACKETS TO INSERT) into your browser, then enter the details you have been given above;

How to watch on my TV?

  • You can use Chromecast mirroring - Online support page here
  • You can mirror or Airplay from your iOS device’s browser - Online support page here
  • You can plug your laptop or mobile device into your TV using an HDMI cable

How do I watch on my Smart TV?

You will need to have already paid and set up an account via the link above on your computer/phone/iPad in the first instance. PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER - We simply cannot guarantee the compatibility with ALL smart TV browsers as they can vary hugely dependant on manufacturer and quality of browser App.

Are subtitles available?

Yes, there are subtitles available. You will be able to select them on/off from the bottom right icons on in the video player.
